I've been asked on the comment form for some information regarding my Sugar Nellie Knight card that I made for my husband. Unfortunately, as the comment was left anonymously, I can't reply to them privately, so I shall have to do it this way.
The knight stamp is available exclusively from Funky Kits.
I got the Cuttlebug folder from either Oyster Stamps or Cutting Edge Crafts.
The Craft Planet silver satin cardstock was from The Range.
I'm not sure of the best place to get the Hot Off The Press Creative Pack papers, See D stamp sets or the Fiskars Shapecutter at the moment. I got mine quite some time ago, and I'm almost certain that the online shop where I got the papers has long since gone out of business. It might be worth doing a Google search for them.
